A few months ago, my husband and I were browsing a local vintage interiors shop and I found a huge set of vintage pull-down maps in perfect shape. Ever since then, I can’t get it out of my head. I’m totally lusting over it for our office/extra room filled with junk. That rooms desperately needs some style and maybe a focal point like the maps could help inspire the whole room.
They were quite expensive, so I’ve put off the purchase for now, but here’s a look at some vintage map decor “in the wild.”
Just thinking about it makes me want to run back and see if the maps are still there!
